I’ve seen a lot of people share their stories on here, and I don’t expect this to be read, but I’ll write it anyway. I’m currently in bed at 3.43pm having started a higher dosage of Vyvanse for ADHD after a shortage in Australia and not having had them and having felt completely upside down. I had 2 family members pass away last year. My beautiful Grandmother who lived with us and my dear cousin who was 20 years old. I also went through a break up. I’ve been in a depression, highly anxious and frozen state since my break up about 7 months ago. I felt a huge sense of rejection after my break up, I know I’m sensitive to rejection having ADHD. And he was a good person, but he never understood my mental illnesses, and I only just got formally diagnosed with ADHD in January last year, so I’m still learning a lot about it at 35. My depression has started to lift. I’ve still felt frozen, and very cluttered in my mind due to my ADHD and lack of organisation in my mind and in my life. I had one good day last week (although the dosage of vyvanse felt too high and I was anxious) I had a great day and it gave me a lot of hope. The past few days however haven’t felt great as I’m trying to adjust to the medication and I’ve felt quite hopeless again. There’s been many missed opportunities and lost potential in my life due to untreated mental illnesses. I have Body Dysmorphia Disorder, OCD, Anxiety, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder and sometimes have depressive episodes. I am an intelligent person, who is creative and has a lot of passion with things I love and am interested in. I am having therapy once a week with my psychologist, trying to get the meds right now and am blessed with such a beautiful family and dog who are helping me every step of the way. It makes me emotional how good they are to me. Without them I’d be on the street, or I simply wouldn’t been here as I’ve had a few suicide attempts. I’m so grateful for them. I heard a Dr Phil quote that really resonated with me the other day. “As expensive as this was, this was tuition”. And all of these difficult experiences were my tuition fee in life to grow and learn, and are our tuition to become better people. I’ve always felt so much guilt and shame for the way I am, and where I am in life. I hope I can get my life on track, get a job, get my mind and my body healthy and organised, grow the same empathy and compassion towards myself I find easy to give to others, and be working towards the things I love and eventually be able to live normally and feel normal, autonomous and independent. I can’t wait for the day I can give back to my family in every way. That’s what I’m working towards. Sorry this is so long, and maybe boring. So even when you're in your apartment looking outside and feeling this invisible touch of the exact thing you're looking for, you still can't imagine what it is, but you can feel it. It's like you're living to dream a dream and you're doomed to be alone in it. No one will understand your dream. It's like when you're witnessing the beauty of a moment but can't share it with a loved one because everyone else is focused on something basic. But you, you're a dreamer. Not because you're lazy, but because this world lacks the glamorous touch it needs to be complete and worth living in. So you dream it into seeming reality, making it bearable. I lost alot of weight and reversed all my health conditions and discovered my son’s dad was living a double life with men and women 33yrs with him 😢Now I’m homeless unemployed and asked to prepare to be VP of the United States of America 🇺🇸 Pray for Me and Us💃🏆🇺🇸

I am alone. And I am good. 8/20/23 my wonderful son passed. He didnt want me to worry and his uneducated wife couldnt stop thinking of herself.....I wasnt told till 8 days b4 he passed. I know he sensed I was there but.....just say a little prayerthat I can keep it together thru his birthday 5/5 and mothers day. God be with you all and good night.K

Just had a panic attack 30 mins after falling asleep. Had a dream where I was smh pulled out of life and everything went dark, my heart went full blast and I felt fear. I was afraid, scared. I thought I was dying, those were my last breaths. I‘ve tried screaming but my throat felt like it was stuffed and I couldn‘t. Suddenly I woke up, heart pumping rapidly, still thinking I just died, still scared. I hope this is going to help me. I‘m not religious but it felt like some really evil spirit was trying to steal my soul or smth. Never in my life have I experienced such a thing. I could literally feel evil intentions while dreaming of this.

Pray for me one day music like this be enough to sleep and i will be of these medications who made me addicted to them while not work anymore. Dont ever start benzodiazepines or Lyrica whoever reads this..bless u all 🙏💛🙏

Man there’s something about the video that makes everything feel so simple and almost perfect. I’m soaking in everything, the breeze, the leafs rustling in the wind, the brighter side of the sunset, the dinosaurs and the way they walk so elegantly, the moon and stars aligned in simplistic fashion, the athletics of the mountain and power line and how the dinosaurs try not to knock them over, and last but not least, the 4,8 hz. I’ve never really listened to calming music or even cared to comment.. but I guess it’s working the magic. Whoever this is… thanks man :) I really appreciate this! ❤
